Day One

Today was my first day at my new job. Did I not blog about quitting my previous job? It was probably because I was too busy dancing in the street. I kid, I kid...ish.

I'm so happy to be at a larger company doing the type of work that I studied to do in college and that I enjoy the most. Previously it was about half what made me actually happy, half duties I can do but that felt like a pair of shoes that were half a size off. In summary, I have a good feeling about this job and the people I'll be working with. I'm genuinely excited to show up to work tomorrow and learn more.

And if that wasn't enough, this morning I was told 1) I could wear jeans every day and 2) that the Chipotle order form for tomorrow's meeting would be coming around soon. Win!
