- No one really loves the Olive Garden, but the best part of it is the servers' ability to rotary-grate little snowdrifts of cheese on your soup, salad and pasta.
- Regular graters leave to clumps of cheddar or whatnot on the inside of them, and you have to knock them out, and you never get all of it.
- Regular graters are a pain in the butt to wash, as they often try to grate your sponge. I'd imagine you could just "grate" some soap and water through this.
- No more accidental knuckle grates!
